Anglo-European Income Fund Corporation was incorporated in Texas in February of 1993. The Fund purchases interests in oil and gas properties in the onshore United States and distributes the income to the shareholders of the Fund. The interests in the wells are in the form of working interests, mineral royalty and overriding royalty interests.

We seek properties that have quality reserves of ten or more years and a payback time of two to four years using present oil and gas prices.

The Income Fund has oil and gas production in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Mississippi. In 2003, Mr. Johnson formed Anglo-European II Corporation to explore for oil and gas utilizing the latest state of the art 3-D technology. Anglo-European II has a 3-D Sligo prospect in Colorado County Texas.
